HI, I'M SARAH.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) practicing in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I earned my Master’s Degree in Counselor Education with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling from the University of New Orleans. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults in various settings, helping them navigate life’s challenges and discover their strengths.

My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, stress management, relational and attachment issues, self-esteem, career and life transitions, trauma, and the unique concerns faced by millennials. I believe in creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, understand their story, and work toward meaningful change.

Outside of the counseling office, you’ll often find me traveling, enjoying live music, or spending quality time with my husband and young children.
