Through honest introspection, therapeutic reflection, and a personalized approach, I work with individuals to help them achieve self-actualization and increase their ability to reach their goals.
I integrate several modalities including Brainspotting, person-centered, IFS, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness techniques.
